Equipment Operator - Weekend 1st Shift

Job Title: Equipment Operator
Pay Rate: $24/hour
Location: Greenfield, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring Equipment Operators to join our Greenfield team. In this role, you will operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other warehouse equipment to support product movement, organization, and inventory management while maintaining a safe work environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and other material handling equipment to move products throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload delivery trucks while ensuring proper placement and safe handling of materials.
• Assist with inventory tracking by scanning, counting, and updating items in warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Follow all safety guidelines, conduct equipment inspections, and report any issues or hazards.
• Transport materials to designated storage locations and ensure organized product flow.
• Work with management to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies, damage, shortages, or storage issues.
• Maintain clean, organized work and equipment areas.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
• Valid forklift certification or willingness to complete employer-provided certification.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and equipment safety practices.
• Experience using WMS or similar inventory software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed.
