Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $16/hour
Location: Anderson, IN

Up to a $300.00 Hiring Bonus for Qualified associates

About the Role
We’re looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team in Anderson. In this role, you’ll safely operate machinery, support daily warehouse operations, and help keep inventory organized. If you’re dependable, safety-minded, and ready to grow with a supportive team, this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery
• Assist with inventory control and maintain accuracy in product movement
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 lbs and frequent bending, twisting, and squatting
• Stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods
• Use hands and fingers to handle tools, controls, and materials
• Take on additional duties as assigned to support the team

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of forklift experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Strong initiative with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory control
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays (especially January–April)
• Ability to wear required safety gear (hi-vis, safety glasses, gloves, closed-toe shoes, etc.)
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (includes 4 weeks of training)
