Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $22/hour + $500 sign-on bonus
Location: Buckner, KY

About the Role

We’re hiring Forklift Operators to join our team. In this role, you’ll safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks while supporting warehouse operations and maintaining accuracy, safety, and performance standards.
 

What You’ll Do
 

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
• Pick, pack, audit, and stage food products
• Load and unload trucks while protecting product integrity
• Complete paperwork including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
• Support basic maintenance and technical needs for automated systems
• Follow safety procedures and meet productivity goals
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

 

What We’re Looking For
 

• Previous forklift experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with consistent follow-up and accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Comfortable with extended standing and flexible schedules
