On-site Performance Manager

Job Title: On-Site Performance Manager (Bilingual - English/Spanish)
Pay Rate: $21/hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN (East Side)

 

About the Role

We’re seeking a Bilingual On-Site Performance Manager to oversee daily staffing operations at a client site on the east side of Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary onsite contact for employees, client leadership, and internal staffing teams—playing a key role in workforce performance, engagement, and client satisfaction.

This is a hands-on, people-focused position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced onsite environment and enjoys supporting both associates and operations.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for employees and client leadership

  • Support and manage associates assigned to the client site

  • Conduct daily check-ins to monitor attendance, productivity, and engagement

  • Assist with new hire onboarding, orientations, and first-day support

  • Monitor timekeeping and attendance records and support payroll verification

  • Address employee concerns related to attendance, performance, or workplace issues

  • Support retention efforts by identifying and resolving challenges proactively

  • Assist with documentation, compliance, and onboarding requirements

  • Conduct incident and accident reporting as required

  • Communicate current and upcoming staffing needs to internal recruiting teams

  • Promote and maintain a safe, productive, and positive work environment

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

  • Comfortable working onsite and interacting with a diverse workforce

  • Management, lead, or supervisory experience preferred but not required

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed)
