Job Title: Onsite Recruiter
Pay Rate: $24.00
Location: Buckner, KY

About the Role
We’re hiring an Onsite Recruiter to support our client operations in Buckner, KY. In this role, you’ll serve as the main point of contact for hiring, onboarding, and managing workforce engagement directly at the client site. You’ll partner with supervisors, HR teams, and associates to ensure staffing levels, retention, and communication meet operational goals.

What You’ll Do

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for warehouse, logistics, and production roles
• Coordinate onboarding, orientations, and first-day reporting
• Track attendance, retention, and performance metrics
• Communicate daily with client supervisors and Morales Group branch team
• Support and promote referral, attendance, and incentive programs
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Prepare weekly headcount, turnover, and hiring reports
• Represent Morales Group at job fairs and community events

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or onsite workforce coordination
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Excellent organization and follow-up habits
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
