What You'll Do: Delegate work assignments and supervise the pick/pack team. Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of all customer orders. Utilize powered equipment to safely count, pull, and transport products. Use RF scanners to efficiently pick orders with a productivity target of under 1 minute per line. Maintain picking accuracy with fewer than 4 Type 1 errors per year. Ensure all work meets ISO quality and process standards. Train, coach, and develop new and existing associates. Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate replenishment when needed. Oversee outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and quality. Collaborate with other departments to maintain workflow efficiency. What We're Looking For: High school diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution center preferred. Must be at least 18 years old.
