Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate: $24.00-$26.00/hour (based on experience)

Location: Anderson, IN

About the Role:

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support operations within a fast-paced Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact between customers and internal teams, helping ensure orders, inventory, and shipments are handled accurately and efficiently. This position supports omni-channel fulfillment, overflow storage, and value-added warehouse services while helping maintain strong customer relationships and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments including operations, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment

  • Manage inbound and outbound communication regarding order status, inventory levels, and service requests

  • Process customer orders across multiple channels including e-commerce, retail, and wholesale using WMS and OMS systems

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate shipments, retrievals, and replenishments

  • Support the value-added services department when needed

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests

  • File and manage shipping and receiving documentation including Bills of Lading (BOLs), Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and related records (both physical and digital)

  • Collaborate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of services

  • Meet and exceed response time metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or distribution environment

  • Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel preferred)

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Understanding of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) operations preferred

  • Experience supporting omni-channel fulfillment environments preferred

  • Ability to meet response time expectations and operational performance metrics

Shift

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
