Job Title: Landscape Crew Members

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (based on experience)

Location: Muncie, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring Landscape Crew Members to help create and maintain outdoor spaces through hands on work and teamwork. In this role, you’ll support landscaping projects including installation, maintenance, and site preparation while working outdoors in a fast paced environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy physical work and want to build practical, real world skills.

What You’ll Do

• Install and maintain landscapes including planting, mulching, grading, and hardscape work

• Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly

• Assist with site setup, cleanup, and organization

• Follow plans and daily tasks provided by the crew leader or foreman

• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and safely

• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Willingness to work outdoors and perform physical tasks

• Positive, team first attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow direction and learn new skills

• Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for basic job functions

• Prior landscape experience preferred but not required
