Job Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $20.75/hr

Location: Lafayette, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring Production Associates to support production operations. In this role, you’ll assemble products, operate machinery, and ensure production targets and quality standards are met. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and flexible with shifts, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative production team.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products and parts accurately according to specifications

• Operate and maintain production line machinery and equipment

• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products

• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

• Perform repetitive tasks that require bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and standing for long periods

• Lift 30–50 pounds unassisted as needed

• Work on feet or knees for extended periods of time

• Follow instructions carefully and maintain attention to detail

• Work 2 Saturdays per month and overtime as needed

• Adapt to any assigned shift (1st or 2nd)

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or higher

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

• English is not required

Shift

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
