Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Pay Rate: $18.25–$21.50/hour

Location: Columbus, IN transferring to Greenwood, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring a Reach Truck Operator to join our Columbus team for training. For this role, you must be willing to transfer to a full-time position in Greenwood, IN. In this role, you’ll assist with material handling and warehouse operations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers competitive pay and training opportunities for motivated candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a reach truck and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (training provided if needed)

• Handle materials and move products within the warehouse

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read and write in English

• Willingness to train in Columbus and then transfer to Greenwood

• Prior reach truck experience preferred but not required

• Forklift experience preferred but not required

• Two to three years of longevity in previous work history

Shift

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
