Job Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $21.50/hour, with raises every 6 months

Location: Lafayette, IN 47905

About the Role

We’re hiring Production Associates to support Subaru’s production operations in Lafayette. In this role, you’ll assemble products, operate production equipment, and help maintain quality and production standards. This is a great opportunity for dependable, detail-oriented individuals looking for a temp-to-hire position with opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products and parts accurately according to specifications

• Operate and maintain production line machinery and equipment

• Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty products

• Meet production targets while maintaining quality standards

• Perform repetitive tasks including bending, twisting, kneeling, crouching, and standing for extended periods

• Lift 30–50 pounds unassisted as needed

• Work on your feet or knees for extended periods

• Follow detailed instructions and maintain attention to detail

• Work two Saturdays per month and overtime as needed

• Adapt to an assigned 1st or 2nd shift

What We’re Looking For

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or higher

• Ability to follow detailed instructions

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Strong attention to detail

• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
