Job Title: Asphalt Operator / Laborer
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00 Based on experience

About the Role
We’re hiring Asphalt Operators / Laborers to join a growing team supporting paving projects in the Fishers, IN area. In this role, you’ll assist with asphalt work on roads, parking lots, and pathways while operating equipment and supporting job site activities. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on, outdoor work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
Operate asphalt paving equipment and machinery
Assist with asphalt paving on roads, parking lots, and pathways
Perform general labor tasks such as shoveling, raking, and leveling asphalt
Support site preparation and job site clean-up
Follow all safety procedures and traffic regulations on job sites
Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently
Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any issues as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous asphalt paving or equipment operation experience preferred
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Attention to detail and commitment to safety
Valid driver’s license preferred
