Job Title: Warehouse Associate | Bander

Pay Rate: $16/hour

Location: Brownsburg, IN

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bander to join our warehouse operations team. The Bander is responsible for securing products using banding materials, preparing items for shipment, and ensuring all loads are stable, safe, and compliant with company standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient logistics and protecting product integrity during transit.

What You’ll Do

• Apply Bands, straps, or other securing materials to pallets, boxes, and inventory items

• Inspect items prior to banding to ensure quality and accuracy

• Operate banding equipment and tools safely and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with general warehouse tasks including packing, labeling, and staging shipments

• Maintain organization and cleanliness of assigned areas

• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

• Report damaged goods, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly

• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors

What We’re Looking For

• HS diploma or GED preferred

• Previous warehouse experience in processing/inventory is a plus

• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently

• Dependable and flexible in a fast-paced environment

• Report damaged goods, equipment issues, or safety concerns promptly

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
