Job Title: CMM Operators
Pay Rate: $24.27/hour + $2.65 shift differential
Location: Lafayette, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring CMM Operators to support machining and quality inspection operations in Lafayette, IN. In this role, you’ll set up and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to inspect machined components, analyze measurements, and help maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and adjust Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)

• Perform inspections on machined components throughout various stages of production

• Analyze measurement data and inspection results

• Communicate CMM reports to machinists and supervisors

• Identify quality issues and assist with corrective actions

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous CMM or related manufacturing experience required

• Strong attendance and work history

• Computer literacy with experience using Excel and related programs

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Comfort working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
