Job Title: Customer Support Representative

About the Role
Do you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being the calm voice when someone’s pool cover decides to have “a day”? We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative who can keep customers happy, schedules on track, and service operations running smoothly.
This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, solving problems, and delivering a great customer experience every day.
What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming customer calls and assist with service and installation needs
• Schedule service appointments and maintain daily calendars
• Create and manage service tickets and sales orders
• Prepare service quotes and follow up with customers
• Make reminder and confirmation calls for appointments
• Process customer payments securely and accurately
• Enter approved orders into the system
• Maintain organized and updated customer records
• Coordinate technician schedules based on availability and materials
• Participate in weekly team meetings and support process improvements
• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience
What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently and with a team
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and internet tools
• NetSuite experience is a plus
• Flexibility to support overtime or occasional weekends during busy seasons
• Previous customer service or scheduling experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to communicate clearly by phone and in person
• Ability to use computers, phones, and office equipment regularly
