Job Title: Plastic Molding Tech / Press Operator

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Location: Anderson, IN

About the Role:

Morales Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Plastic Molding Technician / Press Operator to support production in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for operating molding press machines, producing plastic components, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the process.

This is a hands-on, production-based role in a fast-paced environment requiring consistency, attention to detail, and reliability.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate plastic molding press machines to produce finished components

• Load raw materials (resin or bundles) into molds and monitor production cycles

• Remove finished products from molds and inspect for quality defects

• Trim excess material (flash) and complete basic finishing work

• Use hand tools (cutters, sanders, etc.) to clean and prepare parts

• Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications

• Maintain production pace and follow standard work instructions

• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe

• Follow all company safety guidelines and PPE requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 15–30 lbs as needed

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
