Job Title: Production Worker

Pay Rate: $15.75/hr

Location: Anderson, IN

About the Role:

We are looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join a fast-paced production team supporting a well-known food manufacturer. If you are looking for a stable opportunity with weekly pay, overtime potential, and long-term growth, this could be the perfect fit for you!

In this role, you will help pack, sort, and prepare products for shipment while working in a clean, team-oriented refrigerated environment. No previous experience is required — we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

What You’ll Do:

• Pack and sort products on a high-volume production line

• Pick products in a refrigerated work area (~38°F)

• Stack, clip, and pack items according to instructions

• Ensure packages are sealed, labeled, and prepared correctly

• Load cartons onto conveyor belts, skids, and crates

• Perform hourly quality checks to meet company standards

• Assist with basic machine operation (sealers, labelers, etc.)

• Support inventory processes such as cycle counting

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hour shifts

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive environment

• Comfortable working in cold/refrigerated conditions (~38°F)

• Steel toe shoes or boots required

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are critical

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred (not required)
