Pay Rate: $23.07/hr

About this Role

We are currently hiring Warehouse Leads to support warehouse operations in Jeffersonville, IN. This role is ideal for experienced warehouse professionals who can help oversee daily operations, support team productivity, and work with large crane materials in a fast-paced logistics environment.

What You'll Do

• Support daily warehouse operations and assist with team coordination

• Work closely with warehouse associates to ensure productivity and accuracy

• Handle and move crane-related materials throughout the facility

• Utilize warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments

• Assist with training and guiding team members as needed

• Maintain safety, quality, and operational standards

• Communicate effectively with leadership and warehouse staff

What We are Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience required

• Leadership or lead experience preferred

• Basic computer skills required

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• Strong attendance, reliability, and communication skills
