Job Title: Equipment Operator

Pay Rate: $21.20/hr

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

About the Role

We are currently hiring Equipment Operators to support a growing warehouse and distribution operation in Jeffersonville, IN. This position is ideal for dependable individuals with warehouse experience who are comfortable operating powered industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate cherry picker, reach truck, and/or forklift equipment safely and efficiently

• Pick, move, stage, and store materials throughout the warehouse

• Assist with loading and unloading shipments

• Maintain inventory accuracy and follow warehouse procedures

• Perform general warehouse duties as needed

• Follow all safety guidelines and equipment protocols

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment preferred

• Must be comfortable working at heights while operating a cherry picker

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

• Strong attendance and reliability required

• Willingness to learn additional equipment — training provided
