Job Title: Food Production Associate
Pay Rate: $14.00 - $17.00 / per hour

About the Role
We’re hiring Food Production Associates to support multiple departments within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. In this role, team members may assist with meat processing, packaging operations, product handling, quality checks, and general production support. This is a great opportunity for dependable individuals who can work in a team-oriented environment while following safety and quality standards.
What You’ll Do
Assist in food production operations including mixing, packaging, and product handling in a controlled manufacturing environment
Hang and move pork bellies through designated processing and curing areas as part of production flow
Inspect packaged products for quality, accuracy, and proper sealing to ensure compliance with company standards
Follow all USDA and food safety regulations, including sanitation, labeling, and handling procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Identify and report product defects, inconsistencies, or equipment issues to supervisors
Follow all safety guidelines, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and company policies
What We’re Looking For
Comfortable working in a cold production environment for extended periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs as part of daily job duties
No previous experience required; training provided on site
Previous food service, food production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to food safety and quality standards
Team-oriented mindset with willingness to support multiple production areas as needed

7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
2nd Shift:
3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
