Job Title: Assembly Associate
Pay Rate: $16.75/hour
Location: Lebanon, IN

About the Role

We are hiring Assembly Associates to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety and quality, and the flexibility to perform a variety of production tasks as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Follow all safety standards, procedures, and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.

• Complete tasks according to established work instructions and production documentation.

• Perform a variety of assembly and production duties as assigned.

• Report quality concerns and production issues to the appropriate team members.

• Support production through cleaning, material preparation, pre-folding, and other tasks.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S standards.

• Complete required production reporting and follow attendance policies.

• Participate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activities.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English or Spanish.

• Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices in a manufacturing environment.

• Ability to read, write, and consistently follow directions from supervisors.

• Flexibility to perform multiple tasks as production needs change.
