About the Role
We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to support a plastic manufacturing company by managing customer interactions and order processing. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
Enter and update customer information in Salesforce
Process and manage customer orders accurately
Provide support and resolve customer inquiries
Maintain clear communication with internal teams as needed
What We’re Looking For
Previous call center experience required
Clerical or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including data entry systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to adapt and respond to different customer personalities
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to speak, read, and write in English
