Pay Rate: $24.38/hr

About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll supervise a team of up to 30 production employees, coordinate daily production activities, support process improvements, and help drive productivity, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
Lead and supervise a team of up to 30 production employees
Promote and maintain a safe work environment
Schedule production and ensure daily production goals are achieved
Coordinate production schedules with other departments
Adjust staffing levels based on production demands
Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
Drive continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives
Improve productivity, efficiency, and quality throughout the department
Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational procedures
Work extended hours or weekends when business needs require
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing supervisory experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and packaging machinery preferred
Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Systems is a plus
Lean Manufacturing and 5S experience preferred
Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures and digital calipers
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen
