Job Title: Production/Kitting Associate

Pay Rate: $16.50/hour

Location: Plainfield, IN 46168

About the Role

We’re hiring Production/Kitting Associates to join a warehouse team at Ingram Micro Mobility in Plainfield. In this role, you’ll work with phones and electronic devices while supporting daily production, kitting, and shipping operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with kitting, postponement, and labeling

• Pick and repack products

• Prepare small parcel shipments and build LTL pallets

• Load and unload materials using a pallet jack

• Assist with receiving and stocking

• Perform replenishment and component sorting

• Follow production procedures and meet performance and safety standards

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We’re Looking For

• Basic English communication skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, reaching, and walking

• Ability to stand for a full eight-hour shift

• Ability to follow directions and meet performance and safety standards

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work overtime as needed

• Composite-toe shoes required
