Pay Rate: $18.50/hr

Shift: 1st Shift

About the Role

Leads the identification, disposition, and sorting of non-conforming products; assists with laboratory testing and measurement activities; and supports quality audits and inspections throughout production areas..

What You’ll Do

• Identify and report non-conforming materials and lead the disposition and sorting process for non-conforming products.

• Conduct quality audits throughout production areas and provide backup support to inspection auditors.

• Assist with laboratory testing, including melt flow testing, color impact testing, and mold sample preparation.

• Support measurement activities as an assistant measurement technician, including measuring parts using laser measurement equipment.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

What We’re Looking For

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Manufacturing quality experience preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to read and interpret part drawings.

• Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.

• Experience using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.

• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality and safety.

• Dependable, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
