We’re hiring a Bilingual Team Lead to join our team in Whitestown, IN. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth communication between employees and clients. What You’ll Do

• Conduct on-site check-ins and be available before and after hours to escort new starts on client premises.
• Track performance metrics to measure and improve productivity.
• Manage daily account activities related to on-site client staffing needs.
• Address employee concerns to support retention and reduce turnover.
• Complete incident and accident investigations, including required documentation.
• Oversee employee time and attendance, including reconciliation in timekeeping systems.
• Counsel employees regarding attendance, productivity, and job performance.
• Maintain attendance records and coordinate onboarding and pre-assignment paperwork.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a team lead or supervisory role.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
