Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Drivers
Pay Rate: $20.50/hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN
About the Role
We’re hiring Stand-Up Forklift Drivers to support fast-paced warehouse operations in Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accurately picking, stacking, and moving product while meeting productivity and safety standards. What You’ll Do
- Accurately pick product cases using pick lists
- Stack cases on pallets and wrap completed pallets for shipment
- Operate a stand-up forklift safely and efficiently
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating sit-down forklifts
- Forklift operation within the past 6 months
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience
- Ability to bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to read and write in English
- Availability to work overtime as required
