Job Title: General Labor
Pay Rate: $16–$20/hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN
 

About the Role
 

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our Indianapolis team. In this role, you’ll perform a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations. If you’re dependable, safety-conscious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is a great opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
 

What You’ll Do
 

• Locate and pick items based on customer orders or system requests
• Scan each item and prepare it for packing or shipping, ensuring accuracy
• Receive incoming merchandise and place it in designated shelves, bins, or storage areas
• Scan, organize, and relocate inventory as needed for operational flow
• Assist with packing items, including folding apparel or handling accessories and jewelry
• Collaborate with team members on special projects and cross-functional warehouse tasks
• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, meet performance goals, and support daily operations

 

What We’re Looking For
 

• Proficiency in English
• Ability to lift, move, and carry equipment and materials (up to 40 lbs)
• Willingness to perform physical labor and stand for full 8-hour shifts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
• Team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may be noisy at times)
• Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics preferred

Shift

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
