Job Title: General Labor
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN
 

About the Role

We’re hiring General Labor team members to support daily warehouse operations on the east side of Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll assist with labeling, packing, rework, and palletizing to keep production moving efficiently. This is a hands-on position ideal for dependable team players who are comfortable with physical work and enjoy working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
 

What You’ll Do

• Label, pack, rework, and assemble corrugate materials
• Palletize products and assist with general production tasks
• Organize, sort, and rework items as needed
• Lift, move, and stack materials safely
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and company procedures
• Support teammates with warehouse and production needs
   

What We’re Looking For

• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome
• Comfortable standing for full shifts in a warehouse or production setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
• Ability to follow directions and safety standards
• Physically able to lift, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Previous general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience is a plus

Shift

• 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• Overtime may be scheduled before or after regular hours or on Saturdays
