Job Title: Machine Operator
Pay Rate: $18 - $20/hr
Location: Indianapolis, IN

About the Role
We’re looking for Machine Operators to join our Indianapolis team. In this role, you’ll work with production line machines and handle the packaging of automotive products, including motor and transmission oils. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and ready to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

What You’ll Do

• Operate machines according to On-the-Job Training (OJT) and established procedures

• Assist the Line Lead with production processes as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Apply quality requirements, including traceability codes, trilingual codes, and GHS pictograms

• Monitor and interpret equipment gauges and factory equipment

• Complete other assigned projects and tasks as directed

What We’re Looking For

• English fluency (100%)

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly and adapt

• Familiarity with production equipment functions and safety guidelines

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent bending and standing

• Comfortable with repetitive tasks for extended periods

• Team player who follows directions and contributes to a positive work culture
