About the Role

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Lafayette. In this role, you’ll assemble products, operate machinery, and help maintain smooth production line operations. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to grow within a stable company, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with long-term potential.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble products and components according to specifications
• Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
• Monitor assembly line operations and remove any defective products
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Willing to work any shift and two Saturdays per month, with overtime as needed
• Able to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods of time
• Capable of lifting 30–50 lbs unassisted
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable and team-oriented attitude

Shift

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
  (Includes 5% shift premium for off-shift associates)
