Job Title: Production Associate
Pay Rate: $20.75/hour

About the Role
We’re hiring Production Associates to support assembly, machine operation, and overall production line performance. In this role, you’ll help ensure parts and products meet quality standards while keeping the production line running efficiently. What You’ll Do
- Assemble products and parts
- Operate and maintain machinery and production line equipment
- Monitor the assembly line and remove faulty product
- Work on the production line and meet production targets
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to bend, twist, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for long periods
- Able to lift 30–50 pounds unassisted
- Able to work on feet or knees for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work two Saturdays per month, including overtime
- Willingness to work ANY shift
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or higher
- Ability to work overtime when required

- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 PM – 1:00 AM
