Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Pay Rate: $24–$27/hour

About the Role
We’re hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Whitestown team. In this full-time role, you’ll lead warehouse operations for 1st shift, ensuring efficient inbound and outbound processes while maintaining high safety and quality standards. This position is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing and mentoring team members.
What You’ll Do

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving

Provide visible leadership on the floor to drive safety, accuracy, and productivity

Cross-train staff to increase flexibility across departments

Track and monitor KPIs, developing action plans for areas needing improvement

Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy

Coach, mentor, and deliver timely performance feedback to team members

Collaborate closely with the Warehouse Manager to achieve departmental goals

Support overtime needs as required

Lift up to 60–100 lbs. throughout the day
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred

5+ years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse or factory environment
-
2+ years of supervisory experience in distribution, manufacturing, or related fields
-
Experience with WMS or ERP systems and inventory management
-
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Strong problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail

Forklift experience required

Consistent attendance and reliability
-
Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods (up to 12 hours/day)
