About the Role
We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to join our team in Mooresville, IN. In this role, you’ll perform essential warehouse functions including picking, packing, and inventory control while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced distribution environment.
What You’ll Do
- Safely perform basic warehouse functions and support multiple departments within the Distribution Center
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control by scanning, counting, and tracking items using handheld devices or warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas, removing debris and hazardous materials as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to read and write simple correspondence
- Ability to learn and operate an RF scanner
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong common sense and ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to learn all functions through training
- Commitment to following safety procedures
- Basic math comprehension skills
- Highly motivated, team-oriented, and self-starting attitude
