Warehouse Associate Weekend Shift

Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Pay Rate: $18.75/hour
Location: Mooresville, IN

About the Role
We’re hiring Warehouse Associates to join our team in Mooresville, IN. In this role, you’ll perform essential warehouse functions including picking, packing, and inventory control while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. This position is ideal for someone looking to build experience and grow in a fast-paced distribution environment.

What You’ll Do

• Safely perform basic warehouse functions and support multiple departments within the Distribution Center
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with inventory control by scanning, counting, and tracking items using handheld devices or warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas, removing debris and hazardous materials as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read and write simple correspondence
• Ability to learn and operate an RF scanner
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong common sense and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn all functions through training
• Commitment to following safety procedures
• Basic math comprehension skills
• Highly motivated, team-oriented, and self-starting attitude
