Job Title: Warehouse Picker + Packer
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Location: Shepherdsville, KY

About the Role
We’re looking for dependable Warehouse Pickers and Packers to support fast-paced fulfillment operations in Shepherdsville. In this role, you’ll pick products with speed and accuracy, prepare orders for shipment, and maintain a clean, safe work environment. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable on your feet, this is a great opportunity with strong long-term potential.

What You’ll Do

• Accurately pick and pack products according to order specifications

• Prepare and stage orders for shipment

• Verify product quantities, labels, and packaging requirements

• Load and unload materials using manual or electric pallet jacks

• Complete basic warehouse documentation (pick tickets, packing slips, etc.)

• Support inventory control, cycle counts, and stock rotation

• Maintain an organized and safe work area

• Follow all safety policies and production standards

• Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1 year of picking/packing or warehouse experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for long periods

• Clear verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Reliability and flexibility to meet schedule requirements
