Job Title: Warehouse Specialist
Pay Rate: $21/hr
Location: Jeffersonville, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring Warehouse Specialists to support daily operations through accurate order picking, packing, and inventory management. In this role, you’ll help maintain an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped according to company standards.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and invoices
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy and efficiency
• Operate pallet jacks and RF scanners safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and system updates
• Organize warehouse stock and ensure products are stored correctly
• Assist in training new employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices
• Open and sort cases or cartons for storage or processing
• Build and wrap pallets according to company and customer specifications
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and well-organized
• Support packaging, shipping, and receiving operations as needed
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to read, speak, and write English fluently
• Comfortable using computers and RF scanners
• Ability to train and support new team members
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to perform repetitive, precise movements (pushing, pulling, lifting)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. assisted and 25–50 lbs. unassisted
• Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach for long periods
• Commitment to safety and following all company procedures
