Pay Rate: $14.25+/hr

Location: Greenfield, IN

About the Role:

We are seeking dependable individuals to join a food manufacturing and production facility specializing in packaged meat products. Food Production Associates are responsible for packaging, labeling, and preparing products for distribution while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

This position requires working in a refrigerated environment throughout the shift. Associates should be comfortable standing for extended periods, performing repetitive tasks, and working at a consistent pace to meet production goals. Employees will work alongside production equipment and food products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Candidates should be prepared for a physically active role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and flexibility to work overtime during busy production periods. Attendance is critical, as production schedules depend on consistent staffing levels.

What You'll Do:

• Package sausage products as they move through the production line

• Apply labels and verify product accuracy before shipment

• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met

• Maintain production pace to achieve daily production goals

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

• Keep workstations clean and organized throughout the shift

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8+ hours per shift

• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to work in a refrigerated facility throughout the workday

• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

• Must be willing to work overtime, including weekends during peak production periods

• English or Spanish speaking candidates are welcome

• Must be comfortable working around meat products
