Location: Indianapolis, IN
Pay Rate: $21/hr
About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, support and motivate team members, and help ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with warehouse experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goals
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate expectations and updates
Provide training and development opportunities for team members
Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to maintain quality and prevent damage
Coordinate and monitor warehouse team activities to ensure efficient workflow
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse policies
Oversee accurate picking, packing, and timely shipping of orders
Lead assigned personnel to meet productivity and efficiency targets
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and complete assigned tasks
Experience sit-down forklift as needed
What we're looking for:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word preferred)
Proven experience as a Team Lead in a warehouse environment
Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Willingness to relocate if necessary
Resume required with Team Lead experience clearly listed
Production/manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read, perform basic math, and follow written and verbal instructions in English for safety purposes
