Job Title: Cabinet Production Associate
Pay Rate: $19/hr
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46203
About the Role
We’re hiring Cabinet Production Associates to join a manufacturing team in Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll help build and assemble quality wood cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on construction or woodworking experience who takes pride in producing quality work.
What You’ll Do
Measure, mark, and prepare wood materials according to blueprints and specifications
Cut, shape, and assemble wood components to build cabinets
Use hand tools, power tools, and woodworking equipment to complete production tasks
Install cabinet hardware, including hinges, handles, and drawer pulls
Sand, trim, and finish cabinet components to meet quality standards
Match wood grain, color, and materials for a consistent finished appearance
Inspect completed products for accuracy, quality, and workmanship
Make adjustments or repairs to cabinets as needed
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area
Follow safety procedures and assist with additional production duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in construction, woodworking, cabinet assembly, or a related field
Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and basic production instructions
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, pushing, and pulling materials
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
Willingness to learn new skills and follow established safety procedures
