Pay Rate: $16/hour
Location: Anderson, IN

About the Role

We’re hiring Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll operate equipment, assist with inventory control, and help maintain a safe and productive workspace. What You’ll Do

• Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with inventory control and material movement
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 lbs
• Bend, twist, turn, kneel, and squat as needed
• Stand and/or walk on a concrete warehouse floor for extended periods
• Use hands and fingers to handle objects, tools, and controls
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For

• At least 6 months of forklift experience
• High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to read, write, count, and perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Availability Monday–Friday with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed (especially during peak season January–April)
• Ability to wear required safety equipment including hi-vis gear, safety glasses, gloves, closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, long pants, above-ankle socks, and masks (as required)
• Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus

Shift

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Includes 4 weeks of training
