Production Associate

Job title: Production Associate
Pay rate: $20.75/hour
Location: Lafayette, IN

About the role:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team. This role involves assembling products and components, operating and maintaining machinery, and ensuring smooth production line operations. Team members are responsible for monitoring the assembly process, removing defective products, and consistently meeting production targets in a fast paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Assembling products and parts
• Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
• Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty product
• Working on the production line and meeting production targets

What we’re looking for:

• Must be able to bend, twist, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for long periods of time
• Capable of lifting 30–50 pounds unassisted
• Able to work on feet or knees for extended periods of time
• Attention to detail and able to follow instructions
• Able to work 2 Saturdays a month, including overtime
• Must be willing to work any shift
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or higher
• Must be able to work overtime if needed

1st shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
