Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Location: Crestwood, KY

About the Role

We’re hiring Forklift Operators to join our Crestwood, KY team. In this role, you’ll operate a walkie rider to accurately pick, pack, and stage food products while maintaining safety and efficiency in a modern warehouse environment. You’ll also handle paperwork, assist with inventory control, and support automated systems. This role offers steady work, competitive pay, and weekly productivity bonuses.

What You’ll Do
 

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently

• Pick, pack, audit, and stage food products with precision

• Load and unload trucks while maintaining product integrity

• Complete and manage paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading

• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control tasks

• Support basic technical and maintenance needs for automated systems

• Follow safety protocols and meet performance standards

• Complete other warehouse duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For
 

• Previous forklift operation experience required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• 1+ year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred

• Strong communication skills, verbal and written

• Team-oriented and able to work independently

• Attention to detail and strong follow-up practices

• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs.

• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible schedules

Monday - Tuesday 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
Friday - Saturday 5:30 am - 4:00 pm
