We’re hiring Production Operators to support manufacturing operations in Terre Haute. This role is ideal for candidates looking for a stable, hands-on position with strong starting pay and long-term potential. You’ll support production processes, work alongside a team, and receive on-the-job training in a clean, well-supported environment.
 

What You’ll Do
 

• Support daily production and manufacturing operations
• Operate equipment and assist with material handling as assigned
• Follow safety, quality, and production guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

 

What We’re Looking For
 

• Prior manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Forklift experience preferred but not required
• Demonstrated job stability with a minimum of 3 years of longevity in previous roles
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Reliable and team-oriented work style

Shift
 

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
