Receiving Clerk - RT driver

Job Title: Receiving Clerk + Reach Truck Driver
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Location: Indianapolis, IN 46241

About the Role

We’re hiring an experienced Receiving Clerk and Reach Truck Driver to support daily warehouse operations in Indianapolis. In this role, you’ll receive and verify incoming shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and safely operate powered equipment to keep materials moving efficiently throughout the facility.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, verify, and document all incoming shipments with 100% count accuracy

• Inspect materials and report any damages or discrepancies

• Process and store materials promptly, including high-value and ESD-sensitive items

• Maintain ISO compliance and follow all quality and environmental standards

• Handle return processing and ensure proper material disposition

• Support inventory control, including lot and serial number tracking

• Manage non-conforming and scrap materials according to procedures

• Maintain clear labeling and organization of stockroom items

• Assist with unloading, staging, replenishments, picking, and put-aways

• Collaborate with team members to improve productivity and safety

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse environment

• Report accidents or environmental concerns to a supervisor

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience

• Certification to operate Reach Truck, Sit-Down, and Stand-Up forklifts

• Experience using WMS systems, RF scanners, and ERP software (Intuitive preferred)

• Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization

• Reliable work history and strong communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

• Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 40 lbs

• Ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours per shift

• Ability to safely operate powered equipment (must disclose any prescription medications that may impair driving ability)
