Job Title: Returns Data Entry Associate 
Pay Rate: $17.50 /hour 
Location: Mooresville, IN

About the Role
We are currently hiring a Returns Data Entry Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for processing and documenting returned merchandise while ensuring inventory accuracy and proper system updates. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

What You’ll Do

• Enter returned footwear data into WMS and client systems
• Verify shoe style, size, color, and SKU accuracy
• Confirm left/right shoes are correctly paired
• Inspect shoes for wear, damage, or defects
• Evaluate box condition (resellable vs. damaged packaging)
• Assign return reason codes (defective, wrong size, worn, etc.)
• Process disposition status (restock, refurbish, damage, destroy)
• Generate labels and return documentation
• Identify mismatched pairs or missing shoes
• Escalate discrepancies to Returns Lead or Quality Team
• Support inventory adjustments and reconciliation
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards

• Basic computer skills (data entry, email, simple software use)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• English communication skills (verbal & written) 
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to retain and follow instructions carefully
• Physical ability to move, lift, and organize boxes (up to 40 lbs)
• Able to stand for full 8-hour shift
• Attendance is extremely important
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (may be noisy at times)
• Previous experience in warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics preferred
