Job Title: Team Lead
Pay Rate: $18+/hour

About the Role
We’re hiring a Team Lead to join our Indianapolis team. In this role, you’ll train and supervise warehouse team members, coordinate tasks, and ensure productivity goals are met. You’ll also handle administrative responsibilities like maintaining records, completing paperwork, and assisting with shift meetings. This position is ideal for someone who leads by example and enjoys motivating others in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Train, cross-train, and supervise warehouse team members
Coordinate and apportion daily tasks
Complete paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials
Use computer systems to enter and maintain accurate records
Conduct accuracy and quality audits
Assist with daily shift-start meetings
Support all job requirements as directed by supervisor or manager
Resolve day-to-day operational issues and support team success
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Previous team lead experience preferred
Strong computer skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to problem-solve and think critically

Pay Rate: $20.25/hour

Job Duties:
Assembling products and parts
Operating and maintaining machinery and production line equipment
Monitoring the assembly line and removing faulty product
Working on the production line and meeting production targets
Requirements:
Must be able to bend, twist, stand, kneel, crouch, stand and walk for long periods of time
Capable of lifting 30-50 pound unassisted
Able to work on feet or knees for extended periods of time
Attention to Detail & Able to follow instructions
Able to work 2 Saturday’s a month, including overtime
Must be willing to work ANY shift
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or higher
Must be able to work overtime if needed
