Job Title: Team Leader

About the Role
We’re hiring a Team Leader to oversee daily production operations and support a new zinc coating facility located in Terre Haute, IN. In this role, you’ll guide the team, operate machinery, and help ensure quality, accuracy, and workflow efficiency across the line.
Job Duties:
Lead the team to meet production targets
Oversee teams’ daily operations
Operate machinery
Complete paperwork and document production activity
Perform basic math calculations
Conduct quality checks and ensure products meet standards
Support a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years prior leadership experience
Prior forklift experience
Comfort with machine operation
Ability to stand 8+ hours per day
Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly
Ability to perform repetitive movements including twisting, bending, and reaching
Basic math skills
Strong teamwork mindset
