About the Role
We’re hiring a Bilingual Team Lead to join our team in Whitestown, IN. In this role, you will lead and support a team of warehouse associates to ensure daily operational goals are met. This position is ideal for a dependable and motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing and supporting team members.
What You’ll Do
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily operational goals.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate performance expectations and updates.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to maintain quality and prevent damage.
• Coordinate and monitor warehouse team activities to maintain efficient workflow.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to replenish stock as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and warehouse policies.
• Ensure that orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped in a timely manner.
What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
• Proven experience in a team lead role.
• Ability to work independently and make autonomous decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and situations.
• Resume required.
• Background check required (7-year clean background).
