About the Role
We’re hiring Forklift Operators to join our Crestwood, KY team. What You’ll Do
Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently
Pick, pack, audit, and stage food products with precision
Load and unload trucks while maintaining product integrity
Complete and manage paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control tasks
Support basic technical and maintenance needs for automated systems
Follow safety protocols and meet performance standards
Complete other warehouse duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
Previous forklift operation experience required
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Team-oriented and able to work independently
Attention to detail and strong follow-up practices
Ability to lift and push/pull up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible schedules

What We’re Looking For
At least 6 months of forklift experience

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Availability Monday–Friday with overtime and occasional Saturdays as needed (especially during peak season January–April)
Ability to wear required safety equipment including hi-vis gear, safety glasses, gloves, closed-toe shoes, long sleeves, long pants, above-ankle socks, and masks (as required)
