Job Title: Forklift Operator
Pay Rate: $27/hour + Weekly Productivity Bonuses + $500.00 sign-on bonus
Location: Buckner, KY

About The Role:
We’re hiring Forklift Operators to join our team in Buckner, KY. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently. 

What will you do:

• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Pick, pack, audit, and stage food products with precision
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining product integrity
• Complete and manage paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control tasks
• Support basic technical and maintenance needs for automated systems
• Follow safety protocols and meet performance standards
• Complete other warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous forklift operation experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Strong English communication skills, verbal and written
• Team-oriented and able to work independently
• Attention to detail and strong follow-up practices
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 35 lbs.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working flexible schedules

• $500 sign-on bonus
• Weekly threshold/productivity bonuses of $100–$200
